Terms of Use<\/span><\/p>

\u201cPilatre<\/span>\u201d (referred to as \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d or \u201cPilatre\u201d) in these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use<\/span>“) primarily refers to Pilatre Training O\u00dc, the main operating company of the Pilatre Training group.<\/p>

Pilatre provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access workout videos and other related online content streamed or accessed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, computers and other devices.<\/p>

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, “Pilatre service”, “our service” or “the service” means the personalized service provided by Pilatre for accessing Pilatre content, as well as all content and software associated with our service.<\/p>

Sales<\/h3>

The purchase of all products and online content is subject to the Terms of Use. All customers are advised to review the Terms of Use carefully before making any purchase.<\/p>

All products, resource material, videos and other online content are subject to copyright protection. Each such item is licensed to a single user only. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and\/or transfer the product\/s (and\/or your associated username\/passwords) you purchased to any third party or person.<\/p>

All transactions for purchase of products and online content are made through payment gateways such as Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored by us during this process.<\/p>

By placing an order with Pilatre, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept the Terms which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Pilatre for the sale and supply of any products. None of the Term of Use affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms of Use shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.<\/p>

Payments<\/h3>

All payments are managed by a third party payment gateway, Stripe. (www.stripe.com). All payment amounts are represented in EUR as this is the currency of our host country.\u00a0 We are not liable for any discrepancies in charges for international currencies. All transactions processed on www.pilatre.com will be charged to the customer in the equivalent amount in their host countries currency per the EUR price. All currency conversions and their calculations through payment are made via Stripe.<\/p>

Marketing<\/h3>

Pilatre has implemented remarketing and google analytics demographic and interests reporting. Using the ads Settings in Google you may opt out of google analytics for display advertising and customize google display network ads.<\/p>

Pilatre reserves the right to use remarketing with google analytics to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show you our ads on sites across the internet.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div>

Pilatre reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
