For the safety of you and your baby, we strongly recommend you to take the following steps before starting Pilatre Pregnancy:

  • Practice walking on the treadmill slowly first while holding the rails of the treadmill with one or both hands;
  • Try the exercises standing first before starting the treadmill;
  • Choose a very slow walking tempo to ensure your safety on the treadmill and hold the rails with one or both hands also during your Pilatre workout.
